Ingredients
- 250 gm Fenugreek leaves finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Besan
- For seasoning
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Chutney
- 2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Pinch of Asafetida
- Salt

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan at medium flame. Add cumin seeds in it.
- When it is spluttering, add asafetida, turmeric powder and salt.Stir well and cook for 10 minutes at medium flame.
- Then add garlic chutney, red chili powder and cumin coriander powder.Stir it well and add water and chickpea flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with khichadi, rotla, bhakhari and also.
