  • 250 gm Fenugreek leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Besan
  • For seasoning
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Chutney
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Pinch of Asafetida
  • Salt


  • Heat oil in a pan at medium flame. Add cumin seeds in it.
  • When it is spluttering, add asafetida, turmeric powder and salt.Stir well and cook for 10 minutes at medium flame.
  • Then add garlic chutney, red chili powder and cumin coriander powder.Stir it well and add water and chickpea flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with khichadi, rotla, bhakhari and also.
