Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms mutton minced
  • 150 gms channa dal.
  • 5 teaspoon fried onion paste
  • 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste stir
  • 1 teaspoon garam masalaJabitri
  • 1 teaspoon reded chilli powderl
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4-5 black cardamom
  • 7-8 green cardamom
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 star anise
  • 10-12 cashew nut
  • 15-20 raisin
  • 1 teaspoon shahi cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Boiled mutton minced and Channa dal then make the paste.
  • Make a paste of all above mentioned spice.
  • Heat oil add masala stir and add kima and Bengal gram paste. Stir till dry, let the Doug cool. Now give shape of kebab. Add oil and shallow fry.
  • Both sides should be Brown. Now hot kebab serve with Shermaal and Chutney.
