Instructions
Boiled mutton minced and Channa dal then make the paste.
Make a paste of all above mentioned spice.
Heat oil add masala stir and add kima and Bengal gram paste. Stir till dry, let the Doug cool. Now give shape of kebab. Add oil and shallow fry.
Both sides should be Brown. Now hot kebab serve with Shermaal and Chutney.
