Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1 cup Spinach ( finely chopped)
- 2 cup Water
- Mix Veg Brocalli (capsicum,carrot,-1/2cup finely chopped mix veg brocalli)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- leaves Coriander
- 1 Potato (boiled mashed)
- Oil (for shallow fry)

Instructions
- Heat 2cup water.when boil add quinoa and veggitables. Add palak after 5minutes switch off the gas Cover it.leave aside for 20 minutes so the quinoa will become soft Add all other ingredients mmix well .make balls and desired shape
- Heat nonstick tawa apply oil.roast kabab from both sides Eat with chutney or sauce
