This Tutti Frutti eggless cake is super healthy cake because of the use of ingredients. You can enjoy your sweet cravings through this recipe and maintain health as well. The highlight of this cake is coconut palm sugar which was given as a prize to me by plattershare from Organic foods.The use of coconut sugar made it all the more healthy and imparted a beautiful colour. Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina / sooji
- 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 cup curd whisked
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Tutti Frutti
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
- In a bowl mix dry ingredients sooji, sugar , and salt. Then add curd, milk, and oil.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes for mixture to ferment.
- Now add baking powder, baking soda and tutti frutti to it and mix using cut and fold method.
- Transfer to a greased and dusted baking tin. Preheat the oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
- Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 180°c. Remove from tin on a wire rack when cool.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy tutti fruitti healthy cake.

- You can add dryfruits or other fruits flavour as per choice.
