Dates Burfi is a classic recipe that is tasty, healthy and ideal for the festive season.

Ingredients
- 200 grams dates
- 50 grams almonds
- 50 grams cashews
- 50 grams pistachois
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 tablespoon poppy seed khuskhus

Instructions
- Cut dates in small pieces.
- Cut the dry fruits into small pieces. Keep each one of them separately.
- Dry roast each dry fruit pieces separately until crisp.
- Dry roast the poppy seed until crunchy.
- Grind the dates to a pulp.
- Heat a pan, add ghee and roast the pulp for sometime. Then, add the roasted dry fruits and mix well. Remove from fire and keep it aside.
- Grease you hand and roll into cylindrical shape.
- Roll it in roasted poppy seeds and refrigerate for two hours. Cut and serve.
Notes
- The dates used are seedless variety.
- You can use other dry fruits also.
