Ingredients
- Ata one cup
- Suji one cup
- Kabuli Channa boiled two cup Lemon juice
- Roasted coriander powder and red chilli powder
- Roasted cumin powder lemon juice asafoetida
- Fresh pudina paste black salt table salt

Instructions
- Make a smooth Doug with Maida, suji and salt
- Boiled kabuli Channa with roasted coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt
- Make the mouth watering add roasted cumin powder, fresh pudina paste lemon juice chilli powder safeties,black salt and table salt
- Spread the Doug make poori then dipped fried.
- Serve with channa and SPICY water
