Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh corn paste
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1/4 cup cashew nut paste
- pinch of salt

Instructions
- Bring fresh corn and peal out the seeds. Boil with one whistle.
- Make a smooth paste. Take a mixing bowl add one by one ingredient. Add smooth corn paste, butter and blend.
- Add olive oil , sugar and flour cut and fold. Add cashew nut paste, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
- Cut and fold. Preheat oven for ten minutes at 180 degree Celsius. Now take aluminum mould brush with butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Pour the corn batter into the mould and bake for twenty minutes. Check with a knife. Let it cool.
- Spread whipped cream, chocolate sauce and fresh boiled corn.
- Enjoy the creamy healthy corn.
Notes
Fresh corn has different taste.
