This recipe is for all those chocolate loving kids, adults and grand parents out there. It has a mix of tradition and the modern favourite : Nutella P.S - this recipe is absolutely super easy to make and requires very few ingredients. If you have the patience, wait for it to set in desired shape/size or simple gobble it while hot - its spoon licking good..

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms - Mava/Khoya
  • 3 tbsp - Nutella
  • 1/2 teaspoon Elaichi powder
  • 1 teaspoon - Hershey's Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee for cooking
  • Sugar to taste
  • Confetti for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a non stick pan, melt the ghee on low flame.
  • Crumble the khova/maava and cook till it turns into a smooth consistency by stirring constantly
  • Add the Nutella and stir well, along with cocoa powder
  • Check for sugar levels and add extra sugar basis desired taste
  • Once the entire mixture is well combined and the ghee starts to separate, turn off the flame

  • Transfer the mixture into moulds/pour it into a greased dish. Let it cool
  • Let it set for 1-2hr
  • Sprinkle confetti.
