About Nutella Filled Mini Pancake Bites
Nutella filled mini pancake bites are adorable, bite-sized treats bursting with gooey Nutella at their core. Unlike traditional pancakes that are stacked and drizzled with maple syrup or topped with fruits and cream, these pillowy soft, fluffy pancakes are transformed into irresistible little balls of joy, each hiding a rich, chocolatey surprise inside.
Served warm, these mini pancake bites are perfect for breakfast or as a fun snack that kids will absolutely adore. They’re easy to make in a kuzhipaniyaram pan, ensuring each bite is evenly golden and delicious. With their melt-in-your-mouth texture and indulgent Nutella filling, you simply won’t need anything else to start your day or satisfy your sweet cravings!

Recipe Notes
Additional Tips
- Chill small dollops of Nutella on a parchment-lined tray in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before filling the batter; this helps keep the center intact and prevents the Nutella from oozing out during cooking.
- For a flavor twist, add a pinch of cinnamon or orange zest to the pancake batter to complement the chocolate-hazelnut filling and give the bites an aromatic lift.
- If you don’t have a kuzhipaniyaram pan, a cake pop maker or takoyaki pan works just as well, ensuring the bites cook evenly and maintain their round shape.
- Serve these warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of melted chocolate for a more decadent presentation, especially for brunch gatherings or parties.
