Chicken Stuffed Biriyani (Bangladeshi)

There are so many types of biriyani. Lucknowites, hydrabadi etc...... I tried this biriyani which I was taught by one of my Bangladeshi friend.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken dressed inside and covered with skin
- 500 gms dehradun rice soaked
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup onion paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 4 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri powder
- 2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup refine oil
- 3-4 bay leaves
- Whole garam masala
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 teaspoon kewra water
- 2 teaspoon coconut cream
- Salt

Instructions
- Chicken will marinated along with skin.
- Marinate with curd, red chilli powder,cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, onion paste and little bit salt
- Keep aside for 30-45 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add soaked rice, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder. Rub the rice with these masala and ghee.
- Take a sauce pan add water to boil, add bay leaves, whole garam masala, salt and masala mixed rice. Now make it half boiled.
- Now take the marinated chicken fill with half done rice and cover with skin.
- Now take a deep pan pour refine oil set the whole chicken and cover. Cook for another 15 minutes. But in between have to turn all sides to cook.
- Now remove the skin cut the roasted chicken into pieces rice will come out. Saute with ghee, rose water, kewara water, Kashmiri mirch and coconut cream.
- Now ready to serve hot biriyani to your guest..

Preparation is tufted but yummy. Your guests will demand more.
