We always order the specialty appetizers when we visit restaurants so here is one of those special lipsmacking snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • Boneless chicken - 500 gm
  • Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped corriander
  • Mustard oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the hung curd with all the mentioned ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces in for few hours.
  • Now put them on skewers and roast/bake them in the tandoor or oven. I baked them at 180℃ in a preheated oven for 25 minutes .
