Ingredients
- Boneless chicken - 500 gm
- Hung curd - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped corriander
- Mustard oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Whisk the hung curd with all the mentioned ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces in for few hours.
- Now put them on skewers and roast/bake them in the tandoor or oven. I baked them at 180℃ in a preheated oven for 25 minutes .
