Centella leaves are medicinal plant. It is very good for dysentery, diarrhoea. It grows in Bengal. In my childhood when felted loose motion my mother used to give the leaves with simple cooking process. This is a lost recipe which keeps fit. But I am cooking just for keeping well and tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch thankuni leaves
  • 1 bowl chopped white beans
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoon mustered oil
  • 1 teaspoon couscous seeds
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl boil white beans. Make a paste with thankuni leaves, white boiled beans, green chilli, fresh coriander leaves couscous and salt.

  • Now take frying pan add mustered oil and thankuni paste. Sauteed for a minute and serve with hot steam rice.
