Ingredients
- ½ bowl Pumpkin cut into pieces
- ½ tsp Carom seeds
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Chill powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Chickpeas roasted
- 1 tbsp Coconut chopped
- 1 tbsp Thankuni paste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Dry red Chili

Instructions
- I made a paste of Thankuni leaves with adding green chillies and cumin seeds. You can also add garlic.
- We can add 1 tsp mixed paste in any recipe. I am sharing tender pumpkin recipe with adding Thankuni leaves. If you don't like to make paste you can tear 4 to 5 leaves.
- Take a pan heat oil, add carom seeds and whole red chilli. Stir for a few seconds. Add pumpkin turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix evenly. Cook for until soft.
- Then add roasted chana, chopped fresh coconut and thankuni paste. If you don't have thankuni paste you can also add chopped thankuni leaves. Then cook for a minute and serve with any combination.
