  • 10-15 flat beans
  • 4 fresh green chilli
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp couscous seeds
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt to taste

  • Make a steam boil flat beans

  • Now make a paste with beans, garlic, green chilli, fresh coriander leaves and couscous.

  • Then add salt and raw mustard oil. Mix well and ready to serve with steam rice.
