Ingredients
- 2 cup moong dal with skin soaked at least two hours
- Salt
- 1 pinch astofida
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 4 no chopped green chili
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- FOR DIP-----------2 cup hung curd
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- 2 no. chopped green chili
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- coriander for garnishing

Instructions
- wash the dal and clean the skin ,blend the dal with ginger,garlic ,make a smooth paste. add salt,red chili,cumin powder,dry mango powder and astofida in dal puree mix it
- heat a non-stick pan cook it with string continuously. cool the mixture and add cornflour make a soft dough with the mixture, cool and make square and roll it on a plastic sheet .
- cut the square as picture, heat the non-stick pan and roast it golden. For dip- make a paste with salt, coriander, green chili, lemon juice. whip the curd and mix the paste in the whipped curd. pour the curd mixture in pipping bag.
- Now top the dip on moong square, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
