Ingredients
- Potatoes 8 nos
- Oil 1/2 litre
- For spicy tomato sauce - olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic cloves 3 crushed
- Red chilli 1 chopped
- Tomatoes 3 chopped
- Salt
- Dry parsley 1 teaspoon
- For cheese sauce - cheese cubes 2
- Garlic cloves 2 chopped
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- Olive oil 4 tablespoons
- Hung curd 2 tablespoons

- Cut the potatoes into exact halves and scoop the centers out with a small scooper. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and drizzle over some oil. Bake in the oven at 160 'c for 45 minutes. Mean while make spicy tomato sauce , heat oil in a pan ,add
