Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 finely chopped Onion
  • 10 Panner Cubes shredded
  • 2 tbsp yohurt
  • 2 ” finely chopped Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powde
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • ¼ cup of Curry leaves
  • ¼ cup of coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup of Mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash, Peel and cut Asparagus into thin slices.
  • .In a bowl add Wheat flour, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder and required salt. Mix the dry ingredients.
  • Now add Onions, Ginger, Paneer, Asparagus, chopped Curry, coriander, mint leaves and yohurt. Again mix.
  • Now add required water to the flour to make a dough.
  • Divide into equal parts and roll out in circular shapes with a rolling pin.
  • Transfer the parathas to a hot griddle. Cook on both sides and drizzle oil on it.
  • Serve with Dhal and Yohurt.
