One of my family friend came and told me she doesn't want any rich food. She likes simple food. Then I recall dhaba style recipe and I cooked for her. She had and appreciated. In U.P. region people like roti Sabji.

Ingredients
- 100 gm Cottage cheese paneer
- 1 cup Capsicum cubic sizes
- 1 French beans
- 1 cup Tomato slices
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 2 teaspoon Oil
- Salt to taste
- Green chili slices

Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan add cumin seeds, green chili sauteed.
- Then add tomato, capsicum and French beans.
- Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste and salt.
- Spread little water then add cottage cheese. Close the lid for a few minutes.
- Serve with fresh chapati.
