- Heat oil in a frying pan add cumin seeds, green chili sauteed.
- Then add tomato, capsicum and French beans.
- Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste and salt.
- Spread little water then add cottage cheese. Close the lid for a few minutes.
- Serve with fresh chapati.
