Dhaba Style Roti Sabji

One of my family friend came and told me she doesn't want any rich food. She likes simple food. Then I recall dhaba style recipe and I cooked for her.
She had and appreciated. In U.P. region people like roti Sabji.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Cottage cheese paneer
  • 1 cup Capsicum cubic sizes
  • 1 French beans
  • 1 cup Tomato slices
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chili slices

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a frying pan add cumin seeds, green chili sauteed.
  • Then add tomato, capsicum and French beans.
  • Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste and salt.
  • Spread little water then add cottage cheese. Close the lid for a few minutes.
  • Serve with fresh chapati.
