Chatpatta Mango Biryani

I have given a twist in this biryani by using raw mango which gives a tangy, chatpatta taste to the biryani

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Mango raw
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 cup Coriander
  • 1/2 cup Mint
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala pd
  • 4to5 pieces Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Grind raw mango, green chillies, coriander leaves,mint leaves,lemon juice, garlic pieces into fine paste . Soak basmati rice for an hour
  • In a cooker add oil fry chopped onions an peas till light pink . Then add the green paste ,fry nicely till oil comes out. Then add the garam masala pd an mix well. Then add the rice an salt an water and pressure cook it for 2 whistles

Notes

If you wish to add vegetables it’s of ur choice .
