Everyone in my family loves Pudina rice, the flavor and the green color texture itself makes it more inviting. Itâ€™s not only healthy but very tasty as well. This recipe is more like the South Indian style. You can have this rice with plain curd / yogurt or Beetroot raita as well. I added only potato to this rice, you can add any vegetables you want (Eg: Carrot, Beans, Green peas etc.,).
