Cow peas mutton kheema gravy is healthy with loads of protein. Combination of cow peas with mutton kheema is unusual but it taste so good. It's just a perfect recipe for any parties or get together.

Ingredients
  

  • Mutton kheema 1/2 kg
  • Cow peas 1 cup
  • Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 2teaspoon
  • Curry powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatos 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 11/2teaspoon
  • Oil 3 tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves a fistful
  • Coriander leaves 1 fistful
  • Fennel seeds1/2 teaspoon
  • Cummin seeds 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Soak cow peas over night and boil with salt and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onion and saute well. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappear. Add tomatoes snd other spice powders and give a stir fry.
  • Add kheema and mix well. Add water and salt to taste. Pressure cook for 15 minutes and keep it aside. Heat oil in a wok and add fennel seed, cummin seeds and curry leaves to it. To this add cooked kheema and separately boiled cow peas.
  • Let the gravy thickens. Add chopped coriander leaves to it and serve it hot with any rotis, plain rice or flavoured rice.
