  • 4-5 Ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek methi seeds 1 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 Tamarind one lemon size ball
  • 1-2 teaspoon Salt
  • 10-12 Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Urad dal
  • 2-4 teaspoon Chana dal
  • 8-10 Garlic Crushed
  • 2-4 Dry red chilies whole

  • Wash tomatoes and pat dry. Chop theme finely
