- Boil the potatos upto 4 whistle, peel the potatos and cut into pieces, heat the pan , pour the oil and heat
- Add cumin seeds and musterd seeds, add green chilli and curry leaves
- When splutter add termeric powder, red chilli powder, hing and coriander powder in it.
- Stir it and add potatoes pieces and mix it well
- Add salt and cover with lid, cook it in low medium flame,
- Off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves serve hot.
Notes
- Dont boil the potatoes to much
- You can also use oil you prefer
