Oil free millet vada sambhar
Millet is a whole grain packed with protein, antioxidant and nutrients. It helps to control blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Normally vada is a deep fried recipe. But those who are health conscious they try to avoid deep fry and processed food. I made these millet bada without oil for those who are searching for healthy recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon bajra flour
- 1 tablespoon jowar flour
- 1 tablespoon ragi flour
- 1 tablespoon sattu flour
- 1 tablespoon Makka flour

Instructions
- Mix all flour together and make a thick consistency. Then drop into boiling water.after five take out from boiling water.
- Then again drop into boiling sambhar. Again cook for five minutes then serve hot healthy millet vada sambhar.
