Red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
Boil the potatos upto 4 whistle, peel the potatos and cut into pieces, heat the pan , pour the oil and heat
Add cumin seeds and musterd seeds, add green chilli and curry leaves
When splutter add termeric powder, red chilli powder, hing and coriander powder in it.
Stir it and add potatoes pieces and mix it well
Add salt and cover with lid, cook it in low medium flame,
Off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves serve hot.
- Dont boil the potatoes to much
- You can also use oil you prefer
