  • Potato
  • Cumin seeds
  • Termeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Hing
  • Green chillis
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Musterd Oil
  • Musterd seeds


  • Boil the potatos upto 4 whistle, peel the potatos and cut into pieces, heat the pan , pour the oil and heat
  • Add cumin seeds and musterd seeds, add green chilli and curry leaves
  • When splutter add termeric powder, red chilli powder, hing and coriander powder in it.
  • Stir it and add potatoes pieces and mix it well
  • Add salt and cover with lid, cook it in low medium flame,
  • Off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves serve hot.


  1. Dont boil the potatoes to much 
  2. You can also use oil you prefer
