Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Refined oil
- 4 Potato medium sized
- 2 Onion chopped
- 2 Green chili chopped
- 1-2 Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander chopped

Instructions
- Make a soft dough using all-purpose flour, wheat flour, and 1 tablespoon of refined oil, along with the required water. Rest it covered for 15 minutes.
- Boil and mash the potatoes. Then, add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt.
- Take a dough the size of a tomato and roll it out with a rolling pin. Now, place some potato stuffing in the center and close it from all sides.
- Carefully roll it out again so that the stuffing does not come out.
- Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides. Apply an adequate amount of oil and cook it until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with pickle or yogurt.
