Besan methi paratha which cooked with fenugreek leaves and gram flour. Simple and quick to make it with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour 2 cups
  • gm flour 1 cup
  • garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 2 green chili paste
  • Clarified butter

Instructions
 

  • Rinse methi leaves very well in water. drain them completely. Chop the methi leaves finely and keep aside in a bowl
  • Add whole wheat flour, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder n ajwain.
  • Then add the chopped methi leaves, green chilies paste, garlic and 2 tsp oil. Add required water in it, first mix and then start kneading the dough.
  • After kneading make medium sized balls of the dough n dust the dough ball with some flour and then start rolling the methi paratha. roll the dough into medium sized roti sorrounds.
  • Place the methi paratha on a hot tawa and fry till it get brown spot on paratha. When it will fried. Serve methi paratha hot with pickle or curd or butter.
