Here is my favourite spaghetti sauce recipe for a delicious and super easy lunch or dinner. ðŸ
Yield / Serves
2 jars tomato sauce (250g each), vegetable oil, salt and pepper, 1-2 clove(s) garlic, 1 big onion, 3 big zucchinis, 2 chilly or bell peppers
Chop the onion, peppers, and zuchinnis.
Emty the jars of tomato sauce into a large pot, and add the garlic, 1tbsp oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Then add in the chopped vegetables, and mix with the tomato sauce.
Turn stove to medium heat, and mix gently just a little.
Then, put on the lid, and let it simmer for 15 min
Then, just let it cool for a little, and you're ready to eat! ðŸ
