- 1 cup Foxtail Millet
- 2 cup Jagerry
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 12 cashews
- 10 to 12 Raisins

Instructions
- wash and soak foxtail millet for half an hour to one hour.
- pressure cook the millets for 3 to 4 whistles. Or we can cook it separately in a thick bottomed pan.
- add milk and jaggery to it. Mix it well and cook till the jaggery melts.
- in another pan heat ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins. keep them aside.
- once the millets become soft and jaggery melts completely add grated fresh coconut. give a nice mix.
- add fried cashew nuts and raisins and give a nice mix.
- serve foxtail millet kheer hot or warm.
