Then add the chopped methi leaves, green chilies paste, garlic and 2 tsp oil. Add required water in it, first mix and then start kneading the dough.
After kneading make medium sized balls of the dough n dust the dough ball with some flour and then start rolling the methi paratha. roll the dough into medium sized roti sorrounds.
Place the methi paratha on a hot tawa and fry till it get brown spot on paratha. When it will fried. Serve methi paratha hot with pickle or curd or butter.
