spicy paneer cubes is very very tempting snack . u can serve it like starter .its a unique recipe of paneer starter . i have used all indian flavours in this recipe. roasted peanut gives a unique taste in this recipe and the flavour of curry leaves no one can guess .

Ingredients
  

  • paneer 100 grm
  • curry leaves 8-10
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • coriander seeds 2 tsp
  • roasted peanut 1/ 4 cup
  • Salt
  • chat masala 1 tsp
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • first take a pan , dry roast red chillies and coriander seeds . keep this aside .
  • now wash the curry leaves and dry it with cloth or napkin . take a same pan add 1 tsp oil , add curry leaves to the oil . roast until curry leaves becomes crispy. turn off the gas .
  • now take a grinder add roasted red chillies , coriander seeds , roasted peanut and curry leaves and process all ingredients well. keep this grinded masala aside.
  • now cut paneer into cubes , take a pan add 1tsp oil , add 1tsp sesame seeds , when they starts crackle , add black pepper powder , chat masala , salt as per taste . now add grinded masala into it . mix all ingredients well. add paneer cubes into it.
  • cook until all spices coated well with paneer cubes. our spicy paneer are ready to serve .
  • presentation - take toothpicks and insert toothpick into individual paneer cubes and serve with any chutney of your choice.
