Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup Bottle Gourd or lauki grated lauki
  • 1/4 cup Potato grated boiled
  • 2 tbsp Cottage Cheese or paneer grated paneer
  • 4 tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper coarsely grind
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Onion finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Blanch the grated bottle gourd / lauki. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except oil. Divide the dough into equal parts. Shape each balls to flat patties of medium thickness.

  • Heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry in hot oil until golden in color. Flipping once in between, Always cook in medium flame. Drain extra oil in paper napkin. Serve hot with tea.
