Ingredients
- Grated bottle gourd / lauki - 1/2 cup
- Grated boiled potato - 1/4 cup
- Grated paneer / cottage cheese - 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp
- Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
- Coarsely grind black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Kasuri methi - 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Blanch the grated bottle gourd / lauki. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except oil. Divide the dough into equal parts. Shape each balls to flat patties of medium thickness.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry in hot oil until golden in color. Flipping once in between, Always cook in medium flame. Drain extra oil in paper napkin. Serve hot with tea.
