Ingredients
- 100 gm Whole Wheat Noodles
- 3-4 cup water
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 cup chopped Assoerted vegetables like Onion carrots, cabbage and Capsicum
- For the dressing- 1 tablespoon of green chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic chilli paste
- To garnish- Chopped spring onion leaves

Instructions
- Boil the noodles in salted water. Strain.and wash twice with ice cold water. Keep aside. In a wok, take 1 tablespoon oil and heat on full flame.
- Add the ginger garlic chilli paste. Fry for a bit. Toss in the assorted vegetables. Stir fry only for a minute.
- Add in the noodles and black pepper powder. Sprknkle the salad dressing. Give a toss and shut off the flame. Adjust sauces and seasoning as per preference. Serve hot.
Notes
Cooking has to be kept to a minimum so that vegetables retain the crunchiness.
Use whatever noodles you prefer.
