Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice (soaked)
- 1 cup Chana Daal (soaked)
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 2 Ginger (tsppp chopped)
- 6 -7 cashews
- 8-10 Kishmis (kishmis)
- leaves Coriander
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 5 Peppercorns (whole)
- 2 Cardamom (cardmons)
- 4 cloves Cloves
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 1 stick Stick Of Cinnemon (of cinnemon)
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Garam Masala (tap)
- Water (as required)

Instructions
- Heat wok add oil and ghee
- Add all whole spices
- Then add cashews and roast them
- Add green chilli and chana daal
- Now add all spices except garam masala
- Add water and cover wok and cook 5 min.
- Then whisk curd and add it
- Now add rice and mix and Add half cup of water
- Cover and cook till rice became ready
- Add kishmish kaju and garam masala
- Add 1 tsp ghee
- Gardish with coriander leaves and serve hot
