Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Rice soaked
  • 1 cup Chana Daal soaked
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 2 Ginger tsppp chopped
  • 6 -7 cashews
  • 8-10 Kishmis kishmis
  • leaves Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 5 Peppercorns whole
  • 2 Cardamom cardmons
  • 4 cloves Cloves
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 1 stick Stick Of Cinnemon of cinnemon
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Garam Masala tap
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Heat wok add oil and ghee
  • Add all whole spices
  • Then add cashews and roast them
  • Add green chilli and chana daal
  • Now add all spices except garam masala
  • Add water and cover wok and cook 5 min.
  • Then whisk curd and add it
  • Now add rice and mix and Add half cup of water
  • Cover and cook till rice became ready
  • Add kishmish kaju and garam masala
  • Add 1 tsp ghee
  • Gardish with coriander leaves and serve hot
