    Chana daal khichri is a nutritious and healthy khichri.Bite of chana daal and cashews makes it very tasty.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup soaked rice
    • 1 cup soaked chana daal
    • 1/2 cup curd
    • 2 chopped green chilli
    • 2 tsppp chopped ginger
    • 6 -7 cashew nuts
    • 8-10 kishmis
    • Coriander leaves
    • 1 +1 tbsp ghee
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 5 whole peppercorns
    • 2 cardmons
    • 4 cloves
    • 2 bay leaf
    • 1 stick of cinnemon
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp haldi
    • 1 tap garam masala
    • Water as required

    Instructions
     

    • Heat wok add oil and ghee
    • Add all whole spices
    • Then add cashews and roast them
    • Add green chilli and chana daal
    • Now add all spices except garam masala
    • Add water and cover wok and cook 5 min.
    • Then whisk curd and add it
    • Now add rice and mix and Add half cup of water
    • Cover and cook till rice became ready
    • Add kishmish kaju and garam masala
    • Add 1 tsp ghee
    • Gardish with coriander leaves and serve hot
