In this recipe i have given a wrap made out of multi grain flour an all vegetables .

  • 1 cup Multi Grain Flour
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 Carrot chopped finely
  • 1 Capsicum big chopped finely
  • 1/2 Cabbage finely chopped
  • 8to10 Beans chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp Sauce schewan
  • 1-2 Spring Onions chopped
  • Pinch Pepper


  • In a bowl add refined flour add salt an make a dough an keep it aside. Then in a kadai add oil fry the chopped vegetables stir fry it add salt, pepper mix well . Then add the schewan sauce an mix well an keep aside to cool
  • Then take a small piece of dough roll it like roti shape . Then divide it into half . Take the half portion of the rolled dough which you cut into half. Then add the stuffing an wrap it an seal with maida paste to it's sides an deep fry it

Recipe Notes

If you want to use refined flour or you can use wheat flour . If you have left over rotis you can make use of it by making the wraps. This can be served in children’s tiffin . They enjoy the most. If you don’t want to fry it. You can bake it in oven
