Ingredients
 

  • 1 vegetables bowl mixed raw veggies
  • ¼ cup mushrooms chopped
  • ¼ cup barnyard flakes
  • ¼ cup ragi flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk with raw turmeric
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil for tempering
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Himalayan Pink Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan add a glass of water to boil. Add grated veggies, chopped mushrooms and salt to taste.

  • After cooking add lemon juice, coconut milk with raw turmeric.
  • Add barnyard flakes and ragi flakes then put off the burner.
  • In otherside heat olive oil chopped garlic and chopped green chilli.
  • Spread on the soup, garnish with oregano and coconut milk.
