Ingredients for Til-mil Aloo Matar

  • 6-10 baby boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 Big onion
  • 50 gram cashew
  • 5-6 small raisin
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Chilli powder /Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp amchoor powder (Dry mango powder)
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • 2 green chillies
  • ½ cup peas

How to cook Til-mil Aloo Matar

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them width wise into two halves.
  2. Heat oil, add Cumin seed, Sesame seeds and wait till sesame starts changing color.
  3. Add onion , Cashew paste( put water and grind cashew into fine paste), Raisin, Chilli powder and amchoor(Dry Mango powder)
  4. Add green Chillies (cut it length wise), Coriander leaves and peas.
  5. Add potatoes and garnish with coriander leaves
