- Prepare the dough and keep aside
- Heat the oil in a pan crackle the cumin ,add green chili,onion saute .
- Peel and finely chop the sweet potato ,add in sauteed onion stir and mix well add salt,red chili dry mango powder,lemon juice,garam masala and coriander.
- Cook it to 5 minute or till become the mixture dry ,let it cool.
- Divide the dough lemon size balls .roll the ball into the size of paratha.
- When the tava is sufficiently hot fry the paratha till golden both sides .Serve hot with curd,pickle or chutney.
