Mixed Fruits Chutney

I think everyday is Mother's day. Even then we celebrate the day in a proper way with functioning. I am going to share the recipe which my mom often used to make. She never used any preservatives. I do follow her recipe. Now my daughter is following me. I am dedicating the recipe to my mom.

Ingredients
- 500 gm raw mangoes
- 1/2 cup papaya cubes
- 1/2 cup pineapple cubes
- 1/2 cup melon cubes
- 15 - 20 grapes
- 1/2 cup watermelon cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tbsp crushed red chilly
- 1 tbsp roasted five spices masala
- 1/2 cup soaked chopped dates
- 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Peel off the raw mangoes and chopped and keep aside. Now take a pan add all fruits cubes then saute. Keep separate.
- In the same pan add chopped raw mangoes, salt, crushed red chilly. Cook until soft then add five spices masala. Stir continuously should not stick the bottom.
- Now add the processed fruits, ginger powder and mix well.
- Now it is ready to serve.
- This fruits chutney can be preserved in a glass jar for time.
Notes
Fruits have low carb, low fat. After having meal we can give a finishing touch with the chutney. It can be preserved in fridge.
