Ingredients
- Cooked Beetroot - 200gm
- Onion - 10 gm
- Parsley - 1 tsp
- Vinaigrette Dressing 1:3 ratio of Vinegar and Olive Oil 2-3 Tsp
- Salt
- Mustard Powder - a Pinch

Instructions
- Wash and cook beetroot by boiling simmering for 10 min. Cool and peel.
- Blanch Onion.
- Chopped Blanch onion add vinaigrette with beetroot mix it properly .
- Take a Cabbage leaf Serve salad on this and garnish with chopped Parsley.
