  • Cooked Beetroot - 200gm
  • Onion - 10 gm
  • Parsley - 1 tsp
  • Vinaigrette Dressing 1:3 ratio of Vinegar and Olive Oil 2-3 Tsp
  • Salt
  • Mustard Powder - a Pinch


  • Wash and cook beetroot by boiling simmering for 10 min. Cool and peel.
  • Blanch Onion.
  • Chopped Blanch onion add vinaigrette with beetroot mix it properly .
  • Take a Cabbage leaf Serve salad on this and garnish with chopped Parsley.
