Heat the oil in a pan crackle the cumin ,add green chili,onion saute .
Peel and finely chop the sweet potato ,add in sauteed onion stir and mix well add salt,red chili dry mango powder,lemon juice,garam masala and coriander.
Cook it to 5 minute or till become the mixture dry ,let it cool.
Divide the dough lemon size balls .roll the ball into the size of paratha.
When the tava is sufficiently hot fry the paratha till golden both sides .Serve hot with curd,pickle or chutney.
