Stuffed capsicum (bharwaan shimla mirch)
We are always trying to feed our children green veggies. They're crazy to taste other than green veggies. Kichen manager has to manage with them. I also have to think everyday some thing else.

Ingredients
- 2 Capsicum medium
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Five Spices Masala
- ½ Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ cup Pumpkin cooked
- ½ tsp Mango Powder dried
- 2 tsp Clarified Butter
- 2 tsp Grated Coconut
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- leaves Coriander

Instructions
- Remove seeds from inside capsicum. Take a pan heat oil, add gram flour and roast for a minute.
- Then add chilli powder, five spices masala, cooked pumpkin and salt. Mix all together and mashed
- Put off the flame add dried mango powder again mix. Now fill the capsicum and shallow fry. Serve with any combination as you like.
