Champaran ki gosht In urban areas how people can enjoy the rural areas recipe. Village people cook with charcoal and they use clay pot which gives totally different taste. Here is the recipe no need to fry just combined all ingredients then cook with low flame with patience.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm mutton
  • ½ cup onion paste
  • ¼ to mato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon kashmiri mirch powder
  • ¼ cup mustard oil
  • Whole garam masala
  • Which garlic
  • Salt
  • Atta dough

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mutton pieces and keep separate. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  • Then put the mutton pieces and nicely marinate and keep for 30 minutes.

  • Grease the clay pot with mustard oil then pour the marinated mutton and whole garlic. Close the lid and seal with atta dough.

  • Cook with low flame for an hour. After then open the lid and see the softness. Get the taste how it is done.
