- 500 gm mutton
- ½ cup onion paste
- ¼ to mato paste
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp kashmiri mirch powder
- ¼ cup mustard oil
- Whole garam masala
- Which garlic
- Salt to taste
- Atta dough

- Wash the mutton pieces and keep separate. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Then put the mutton pieces and nicely marinate and keep for 30 minutes.
- Grease the clay pot with mustard oil then pour the marinated mutton and whole garlic. Close the lid and seal with atta dough.
- Cook with low flame for an hour. After then open the lid and see the softness. Get the taste how it is done.
