- Thick Curd 1 cup
- Water 2 cup
- Spinach chopped 1 cup
- Aloe Vera extract Gel 1/3 cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
- Mint leaves ¼ cup
- Green Chillies 1 no.
- Ginger 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Chat Masaala 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
- Ghee 1 tablespoon
- Asafoetida Hing ¼ teaspoon
- Black Salt ¼ spoon
- Salt as per taste

Instructions
- Take Aloe Vera, remove the gel from the leaf, cut into pieces and wash it 5 to 6 times to get rid of the bitterness.
- Wash the Spinach leaves 2 to 3 times and chop the leaves roughly then heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, Asafoetida (Hing) and Spinach leaves saute for 2 to 3 minutes and keep it aside.
- In a blender add curd, Spinach leaves, Aloe Vera gel, green chillies, coriander, mint leaves, curry leaves, ginger, chat masala, salt and water. Blend the mixture well and strain it. Then add black salt, lemon juice and adjust the salt if needed.
- Serve it chilled in a glass.
