Ingredients
- ½ Cup Chopped Capsicum
- 1 ½ Spoon Chopped Garlic
- 3 Spoon Chopped Spring Onion
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion medium slice
- 4 Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 Spoon Green Chilli Sauce
- 1 ½ Spoon Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 Spoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Spoon Vinegar
- 2 Spoon Cornflour
- oil
- Salt
- Ingredients for Marination :
- 400 gm Chicken medium Pieces
- 4 Spoon Cornflour
- 1 Spoon Green Chilli Sauce
- 1 ½ Spoon Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 Spoon Soy Sauce
- ½ Spoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Egg
- Salt

Instructions
- For marination : In a big bowl take 400 grams of Chicken (medium pieces) Add Salt as per taste, 4 spoons of Cornflour, 1 Spoon of Green Chilli Sauce. Add 1 ½ Spoon of Red Chilli Sauce and 1 Spoon of Soy Sauce. ½ Spoon of Black Pepper Powder,
- add 1 Egg to it . Mix it well. Keep it in the Refrigerator for Half Hour. In a Pan put Oil and then add the Marinated Pieces of Chicken and Fry them for 7-8 Minutes . In other Pan put 2 Spoons of Oil and add 1 ½ Spoon of finely Chopped Garlic.
- And Sauté it until it Turns Reddish in Colour. Now add 1 Cup of Chopped Onion (medium) and ½ Cup of Chopped Capsicum (medium pieces) and Sauté . Add 2 Spoons of Spring Onions, 1 Spoon of Green Chilli Sauce,
- 1 ½ Spoons of Red Chilli Sauce and Sauté . Now add 1 Spoon of Soy Sauce, 2 Spoons of Vinegar, Salt as Per Taste, Fried Chicken Pieces and Stir this mixture well. Add 4 Green Chillies. In a Pan add 2 Spoons of Cornflour,
- Add water to it. Mix this mixture well and form a Consistent Paste. Add this Paste to the Pan. Stir well. Your Chicken Chilli Dry is ready. Tip : Garnish with Chopped Spring Onions.
