Ingredients
- 4 capsicum cut into 2 in length
- 2 large size potatoes mashed
- 1 medium size onion chopped
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/3 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 5 tablespoon Oil
- 3 to 4 cheese cubes
- Some chat masala

Instructions
- Heat 2&1/2 tablespoon oil in pan n crackle cumin seeds when seeds stop crackling.
- Add onion n saute till it turn into light pink color.
- Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder n mix really well.
- Add mashed potatoes n mix it well.
- Add some grated cheese n mix it till it start melting.
- Add coriander leaves n mix it, switch off the flame.
- Fill stuffing in capsicums and grate some cheese on it.
- Heat remain oil on nonstick pan. Shallow fry stuffed capsicum about 5 to 7minutes on low flame. When done transfer it to a plate.
Notes
U can add other veggies also like carrot, beans.
U can also make paneer bhurji for stuffing.
