About this Recipe

Delicious and healthy snack recipe.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Spinach leaves 20 to 25
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp or to taste
  • Boiled and grated potato 1 cup
  • roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped green chili 2tsp
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying+ 2tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • cumin seeds 1tsp
How to cook?
  1. Clean, wash and finely chop the spinach.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, pop the cumin, and saute ginger,green chili and onion.
  3. Add chopped spinach, boiled and grated potato and gram flour, mix well, keep string.
  4. Now add salt, red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, mix well and turn off the gas.
  5. Cool the mixture, make the roll, heat the oil and fry them golden.
  6. Serve with green chutney or mint chutney
