Spinach leaves 20 to 25

flour 2 tbsp
Salt
Red chili powder 2 tsp or to taste
Boiled and grated potato 1 cup
roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chili 2tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Oil for frying+ 2tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
cumin seeds 1tsp
Instructions
Clean, wash and finely chop the spinach.
Heat the oil in a pan, pop the cumin, and saute ginger,green chili and onion.
Add chopped spinach, boiled and grated potato and gram flour, mix well, keep string.
Now add salt, red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, mix well and turn off the gas.
Cool the mixture, make the roll, heat the oil and fry them golden.
Serve with green chutney or mint chutney
