Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Yoghurt curd
  • 1 -1.5 cup Chilled water
  • 2 teaspoon Mint leaves dried and powdered
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped/grated
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin roasted (jeera powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rock salt kala namak
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Masala boondi store bought or home made
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In a jug, blend curd and water till smooth and no lumps remain.
  • Except the masala boondi , add the rest of the ingredients to the curd water mixture and mix well.
